Balance - Modern Pilates - ist dein Zuhause für Bewegung in Steyr Stadt. Ein (Reformer) Pilates Studio in dem Kraft und Geist in Balance kommen dürfen. Unser Weg dahin? Modernes Pilates am Reformer. Bei Balance sind wir der Meinung, dass echte Stärke dort entsteht, wo Körper und Geist im Einklang sind. Balance ist dein Moment. Dein Flow. Dein Zuhause für Bewegung. Lichtdurchflutet, zentral gelegen in Steyr, mit Blick auf den Zusammenfluss zwischen Enns und Steyr.

Wenn du noch nie eine Reformer Klasse besucht hast, buche bitte zuerst eine 'Reformer Intro' Klasse, damit wir dir das Gerät und die Pilates Prinzipien in Ruhe erklären können. Unser Studio Türen öffnen spätestens 10 Minuten vor Klassenbeginn. Bitte komme pünktlich. Zu Kursbeginn werden die Türen geschlossen und es ist kein Einlass mehr möglich. Wenn eine Schwangerschaft besteht, buche bitte eine Prenatal Klasse, an unseren Intro To Reformer und All Levels Klassen, können schwangere Frauen aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht teilnehmen. Danke für dein Verständnis! Am Training können alle ab 18 Jahren teilnehmen. Ab 16 Jahren mit dem schriftlichen Einverständnis der Eltern. Du kannst die Klasse bis 24h vor Klassenbeginn via Eversports kostenfrei stornieren, eine spätere kostenlose Stornierung ist nicht möglich. Wenn du jedoch weißt, dass du nicht kommen kannst, bitten wir dich dennoch die Klasse zu stornieren, damit jemand anderes aus der Warteliste teilnehmen kann 💚Deine Sicherheit ist unsere oberste Priorität. Deswegen bitten wir dich Schmuck der sich im Gerät verhängen könnte vor der Klasse abzulegen, lange Haare zu einem Zopf zusammenzubingen und das Tragen von Grip Socks ist ebenfalls verpflichtend. Falls du noch keine hast, kannst du gerne welche vor der Klasse im Studio erwerben (nur Kartenzahlung möglich). Wir freuen uns auf deinen Besuch!
