Ashtanga ONLINE with Ori (all levels/english)

This class follows the traditional Ashtanga method, a dynamic practice linking breath and movement through a fixed set sequence of postures. We’ll typically work through the Half Primary Series, cultivating strength, flexibility, and mental focus through mindful repetition and flowing transitions. While the class is open to all levels, some prior experience with yoga or familiarity with basic postures is recommended, beginners will be guided with modifications, while experienced practitioners can deepen their practice. Expect a good sweat, and the sweet reward of inner peace by the end. If you’re joining virtually from home, it’s helpful to have blocks and blankets on hand.
